Clothing Order Form
Ordering Procedures
We realize that everyone is not comfortable purchasing online. Therefore we have developed a convenient ordering process using fax/telephone. We will fill all items on your order that are in stock at the time of submission and bill your credit card for only the items shipped. If an item is temporarily out of stock and we are unable ship it in 14 days, we will cancel that item. You will be notified of this cancellation. If you choose to mail a personal check we will ship upon clearance of funds. If you choose to mail money order or certified check we will ship the same as credit card. We consider your information confidential and will not be sold or passed on to anyone.
- After you have placed your order... you will receive an email confirmation message within 24
hours from our Customer Service representative.

- You may place your order by telephone by calling 888-HBCU-kid from 9AM to 6PM EST
(Eastern Standard Time) Monday through Friday. It can be faxed in to (661) 885-6941.
- An order form can be obtained by calling, e-mailing or mailing our customer service
department. The form will either be faxed to you, if you have a fax number or mailed to you,
based on your convenience. Be sure to include your name, your phone number, your fax number (if
available), e-mail address and mailing address with your request.
- Use this order form to order any of our clothing, apparel or gift items. Print this page,
