We are loving parents and concerned about our children's future.  We are products of an HBCU and/or the school of LIFE.  The HBCU kidz Corporate Mission is simply to promote the HBCU spirit through high quality baby memorabilia and parent resources that increase global support and awareness of HBCUs.  Our boutique serves the internet saavy and quality driven gift giver who loves children and who believes that education is important.  As parents, we realized that it is challenging to find meaningful gifts when we need to shop for birthdays, holidays and special occasions .  100% of the HBCU kidz management team are parents, who expect their children to accomplish great things in life.  We feel that many of the aggressively promoted images and marketed items do not reflect the values and priorities that we believe are important for our children.  At the end of their childhood, we want our kids to seek further knowledge, to feel good about their family heritage, and to be prepared for an exciting future! 

We invite others to join us!  We believe through collective wisdom we can build a brighter future and a better brand for our children to recognize and prefer.  The HBCU kidz brand can be trusted to consistently deliver.   We do realize that our gifts, belief and philosophy will not appeal to everyone.  We prefer QUALITY over QUANTITY.  Therefore, the HBCU kidz team vows to respect and grow our important niche market...one person at a time and one parent at a time.

Respect for the HBCU kidz customer's voice is the foundation for our corporate policies. Our framework for corporate decision making is based upon respecting the "P2P" or the "Person to Person / Parent to Parent" Approach which simply means to sincerely understand and respect the corporation's four (4) fundamental truths:

1. It takes a village to raise a child.

2. Without a vision, a people will perish.

3. Each one must reach one!

4. Without a satisfied customer, we have NO BUSINESS!
